Stuck in proposed
Uploads britney will not migrate yet, longest-held first. Tests are mostly reverse dependencies' tests that the upload triggered; passes and failures britney does not count are left out. "Rechecking baseline" means the test fails now and britney is re-testing the old version to decide whether the failure is new.
